	Welcome to Matagorda Harbor.
	Matagorda Harbor is located on the Intracoastal Waterway at Texas mile 440. We have slips for approximately 222 pleasure boats.
	Transient boats are berthed at the bulkhead.
	We have 24-foot, 28-foot, and 34-foot covered slips with slings. Please call or e-mail for slip availability.
	Our slips are fully-equipped, covered slips with powered lifts, 120-volt receptacles, an individual water spigot, an individual light, and individual lockable dock boxes. The slips are for outboard or inboard boats. The boat houses have secure locked gates, and access to the harbor parking lot is controlled by an electronic gate.
	We have 40-foot and 50-foot covered wet slips.
	We have 30-foot and 40-foot uncovered wet slips on our floating dock.
	We also have 65-foot uncovered dockage available at the end of the boat houses.
	Excellent trailer launching is available on four paved boat ramps.
	Trailer storage is provided at no additional charge.
	There are 26 RV spaces. RV spaces are available only to Matagorda Harbor boat slip patrons.
	There is an excellent fish cleaning table.
	Our dockside tournament pavilion is available to host fishing tournaments and other activities. Use of the pavilion must be scheduled with the harbor master.
	The classroom pavilion is used primarily by the Floating Classroom Program (see below) but there is limited availability for other functions.
	The Recreation Hall (next to the classroom pavilion) is air-conditioned and has bathroom facilities, including showers. The main room with stove can be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.
